Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing skilled administrative support to the Clubhouse Manager. The primary responsibility consists of managing and overseeing the accounting and general bookkeeping of the Club. He/ She must possess basic clerical skills, typing, filling, light bookkeeping, computer proficiency and be able to work in an environment with multiple interruptions.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of computers.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, ADP and Oracle.
  • Good language, grammar, style, writing and communication skills.
  • Good phone protocol.
  • Proven interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Able to do job with minimal supervision and instructions and finish tasks on schedule.
  • Self-motivated with high energy level.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A team player who flexible and able to handle stressful situations
  • Be willing to generate monthly Member Billings; review for accuracy per Members requests
  • Entering employee onboarding, wage changes and employee terminations
