Description athletic locker room attendant

$12/hour starting wage.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on the interior of the club
  • Assist with service to the members and guests, when required
  • Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the Athletic Director
  • Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members and guests

Responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our Members/Guests.  Responsible for the designated locker rooms, as well as taking care of other locations and tending to the needs of the Members and Guests.

Responsible for maintaining the fitness center to include locker rooms, restrooms, fitness floor, spa/salon rooms, and anywhere else in the fitness facility as needed. 

Checklist items to include:

  • Vacuuming locker rooms
  • Dusting
  • Mopping locker rooms, steam room, and fitness floor mat
  • Cleaning showers
  • Maintaining mirrors
  • Stocking locker room with personal care items
  • Keeping up with laundry as needed
  • Assist in housekeeping as needed


Be knowledgeable of Club services, features, upcoming events and specials. Assist fellow Employee Partners, Members and guests to ensure delivery of the 3 steps of service without being directed.  Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.  $12/hour.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Customer service experience. 
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
