Our diverse facilities allow our Members to enjoy benefits unique in the private club industry. We offer 90 holes of championship golf at two distinct locations, Kingwood Country Club and the Deerwood Golf Club. Three of our golf courses are consistently ranked as the best in the state. The recently remodeled Golf Advantage School features an expanded putting green, two state-of-the-art video training bays, personalized lessons and club fitting, as well as a lighted driving range.

Twenty-six tennis courts are available at Kingwood with a complete staff of tennis professionals to assist you. Most of our tennis courts are nestled among the trees, providing needed shade for the avid player. We have been proud to host the Tennis Magazine Demo Day and many USTA sectional events at our Club. A fully stocked sports retail shop is located in the Kingwood Fitness and Sports Center.

Our water park offers an adult pool, family pool with diving boards, two water slides, a splash pad and a 500-foot lazy river. The fitness and sports center includes a complete workout area with cutting-edge fitness equipment, a private group exercise studio, complete men’s and women’s locker rooms and a Kids’ Club for the youngsters. After a hard workout, relax with a trip to the spa where our professional team offers massages, facials, pedicures and manicures. 

The club offers junior development programs in both tennis and golf in addition to our kids’ summer camps. Juniors can enjoy the USKids forward tees on the Marsh Course. Our year-round junior golf program is the best in the state utilizing our Golf Advantage School for weekly clinics and the Marsh Course for weekly playdays. 

We have 10 dining rooms and banquet facilities where we are able to provide an intimate dinner for two or a golf outing for 1,000 people. Members also enjoy à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner in one of our three clubhouse dining rooms. From the outdoor veranda at Deerwood to the variety of dining options at Kingwood, there is truly something for everyone. The Club Manager's purpose is to direct all aspects of Food & Beverage along with other departments assigned by the General Manager, while providing quality service and products to Club Members and Guests. Their fiscal responsibility includes managing all financial obligations in the departments they oversee.

The Cub Manager is accountable for setting direction, allocating resources, and ensuring execution in the Club.


  • Maintain an active and positive involvement from the Board of Governors
  • Develop aggressive sales, marketing, and net revenue plans and direct successful implementation
  • Involve all Club Employee Partners in generating revenue through constant communication on the importance of continuous income stream
  • Actively market Club facilities to attract new Members and achieve revenue objectives
  • Ensure all expense control systems are in place with close monitoring of all department expenses including revenue to payroll ratio
  • Ensure all Club Policies & Procedures are adhered to and ensure all Club Employee Partners are accountable for compliance of these Policies & Procedures
  • Maintain exceptional Member Relations and facilities by creating a quality environment through staffing, programming, service operations, and maintenance
  • Identify opportunities for Member events, food and beverage services and recreational facilities that satisfy on-going Member needs and implement to achieve revenue objectives
  • Recruit, select and develop a qualified staff, including Department Heads, to understand the relationships between value, Member Satisfaction and Member retention/attrition
  • Develop Employee Partners for career advancement through the use of Performance Review Systems, Cross Training, and Development Planning
  • Actively participate in Club events, making use of significant personal contact as a means of gathering feedback
  • Ensure follow up on serious Member complaints/concerns quickly and effectively
  • Completing all required financial and administrative reporting/audits accurately and on time

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Club management or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous F&B Management experience
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
