Direct Sales Representative


As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsiblefor meeting and/or exceeding performance objectives by contacting a targetedgroup of aged memberships to discuss value-driven opportunities that includeclub membership, temporary usage of club amenities, and 3rd partybenefits packages. 


Compensation:

The position will have a base salary of $40,000 with additional commission available. We provide you with all the tools and training you will need to be successful!


PrimaryObjectives:

1.  Meet and/orexceed your individual performance objectives, and aid team towards teamobjectives.

2.  Adhere to thepolicies and procedures of the department as implemented by the Company.

3.  Use the toolsprovided in a way that best represents the Company i.e. club amenities, 3rdparty services, etc.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

1.  Responsible for outreach toa targeted group of aged membership accounts in an effort to convert them backinto membership (when applicable), non-membership usage of club amenities,and/or 3rd party benefit packages/services.

2.  Responsible for makingpersonal contact with account holders to build rapport and discover currentdetails about their lifestyle so that a proper benefits package can becustomized before being offered. 

3.  Responsible for building apackage that both meets the needs of the account holder and best protects theinterests of the organization, compensation to be based on ability to reachboth.

4.  Responsible for maximizingopportunities and converting in a timely fashion.

5.  For opportunities identifiedbut not immediately converted, responsible for timely follow-up and adherenceto Company follow up expectations policy.  

6.  Responsible for the preparationof all collateral and documentation to facilitate exchange and obtain executedagreement.

7.  Responsible for thorough andaccurate documentation in company’s systems, including making appropriatedisposition so that outcomes can be properly reported.

8.  Responsible for sharing bestpractices with teammates and helping team reach Company objectives. 



WORK EXPERIENCE

  •      Minimum 2years of sales experience required.
  •      Previous call center experience preferred.
  •      Previous outbound sales experience preferred.
  •      Proventrack record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
  •      Bachelor's degree preferred
