Description

ClubCorp is the seeking to hire an experienced Executive Admin. This position is responsible for providing skilled administrative support to the Executives represented. They are responsible for successfully handling multiple projects while prioritizing & meeting deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Support administrative needs of the Executives and other support roles
  • Perform all normal administrative duties including coordinating and scheduling meeting arrangements, maintaining multiple calendars, composing correspondence, handling all mail functions, printing and copy needs, processing invoices, and compiling budget reports.

Job Requirements:

  • At least five years of relative work experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point
  • Good language, grammar, writing, and communication skills
  • Good phone protocol
  • Able to do job with minimal supervision and finished tasks on schedule
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A team player who’s flexible and able to handle stressful situations
  • Demonstrates motivation, efficiency, and dedication to the ClubCorp culture
