Description

HRIS Coordinator:

  • Workflow support (electronica approval in HCM) and training for Office Managers and Department Heads. Troubleshoot daily workflows and correcting errors and stuck transactions. Reassign workflows when needed.
  • Process Home Office and General Managers time off request and edit punches in etime.
  • Process all transfers and some rehires for clubs and home office.
  • Maintain AOR (area of responsibilities) changes for home office, General Managers and Office Managers.
  • Process employee advances and audits deductions to confirm repayment.
  • Submit check request when needed and process all Severance payments.
  • Maintenance to DFF’s in HCM for Compensation Plan.
  • Data entry of HR transactions/changes into HCM.for Home Office, General Managers and Office Managers.  
  • Maintain Home Office and General Manager files.
  • HCM Support for Office Managers.
  • Create ad hoc reports and research ad hoc requests.
  • Back up to create SAR Request
  • Back up support for HCM to ADP interfaces fallout/error resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience with Oracle HCM preferred
