Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing reports and analyses for review with Finance and Operational Executive leadership
- Drive timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting processes at a club level
- Support improvements to the forecast and planning processes and systems to streamline efficiencies
- Work creatively with multiple business functions to identify and support revenue growth and cost savings opportunities
- Support the development of and deliver financial performance management reports with appropriate operating KPIs that drive financials and business insights
- Support decision making across operations through timely strategic financial analysis
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with 3+ years of experience in finance or operations strategy
- Demonstrated ability to conduct fact based quantitative analysis
- Strong interpersonal and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Must have strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, and the ability to link operational performance to financial data
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM a plus
