What does ClubLine do?

ClubLine is a concierge service for Members of ClubCorp clubs. The team consists of 50+ Employee Partners who assist Members in using their local and traveling benefits. We conduct 1,500 conversations on average per day with our Members! Our goal is to exceed Members’ expectations as we accommodate their traveling needs and reservations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, train and schedule front desk concierge staff under the supervision of the Member Relations Director, ensuring front desk is staffed at all times Club is open

• Partner with Member Relations Director on awareness/execution on new member onboarding process including but not limited to: welcome calls/letters, orientations, orientation materials, quarterly mixers, invitations to Club events and other initiatives designed to acclimate and connect new Members

• Responsible for the implementation and execution of ongoing programming opportunities through the Clubs within the Club and committees

• Coordinate graphic design projects through corporate to ensure programs and events are marketed 30/60/90 days in advance and to the brand standards

• Market and promote events via email, internal and external marketing

• Act as key player in the Club's social media platforms, ensuring that the ClubCorp posting standards are in place and being met

• Remain pleasant and helpful during conversations

•Timely response to and completion of reservations in a friendly, efficient and accurate manner

•Polite and tactful response to general inquiries for information and club inquiries from all levels, including management

•Knowledgeable about 200+ properties and services



Job Qualifications



•  Experience in leading a team is preferred

•  True willingness to want to please

•  Helpful, pleasant, happy demeanor during conversations with Members

•  Flexible thinking in unique situations to offer Members additional services in      the market they will be visiting

•  Adaptability to an ever-changing work environment as services, benefits, and    programs are added and modified

•  Good computer keying skills

•  Moderate PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications

•  Strong oral and written communication skills

•  Self-motivated, patient and independent worker

•  Bilingual skills a plus

•  Two years’ experience in marketing, hospitality, sales, relationship management, customer service, membership associations and/or fundraising.

•  Undergraduate degree preferred with educational concentration in business, communications, journalism, public relations or hospitality management

•  Background in graphic design, marketing and content creation preferred

•  One year experience managing social media for a business is required

•  One year PC experience; Microsoft Office

•  Prior experience in call center preferred

•  MUST be able to work holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Santa Brunch, New Year's Eve) and occasional weekends as needed

•  High school degree

•  Customer service/call center experience
