Membership Coordinator


The Membership Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administrative and sales support tasks relating to Membership. This position also provides support for the General Manager and the Club's executive offices as directed. Will be responsible for updating systems with member information and member experience responsibilities. Assist in maintaining membership files according to policies and standards set by Invited - ensure the completion of all required forms for each file. In the absence of Membership Director, meet with prospects, obtain information, answer questions and give Club tours.


  • Willing to work weekends
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Must be knowledgeable in MICROSOFT OFFICE, EXCEL
  • Knowledge of Canva a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-3 years office experience required
  • 4 year degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Country Club experience a plus
  • Business Professional Attire Required
