Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • High Level Troubleshooting for various devices to include, but not limited to, Micros Simphony workstations, retail scanners, label printers and various printers
  • Work with a multitude of workstreams if needed to troubleshoot various issues
  • Micros Simphony programmer using EMC to assist 200 clubs with various needs.
  • Work with Oracle for issues related to Micros devices and programs
  • Maintain a strong relationship with General Managers and Regional FB Directors to assist them as needed with different systems
  • Find ways to streamline and improve an established system across the enterprise
  • Build custom reports through OBI when requested
  • Assists in analysis and design activities associated with the development and maintenance of the POS database
  • Interfaces with vendors to understand whether vendor products will meet business and technical requirements
  • Creates and maintains documentation for consistent and organized processes within team
  • Ensures that updates and changes are tested thoroughly and signed off by the customer prior to deployment
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the business area and applies technical expertise to determine appropriate solutions to meet the customer needs while adhering to processes and standards, recommending more efficient ways of performing and configuring POS systems
