Job Description


  • Work with hiring managers to establish the number of hires and timing of headcount additions
  • Responsible for posting open positions, screen candidates and making recommendations on viable candidates. Use all available resources including job boards, social media, outreach and networking to fill open positions.  
  • Grow the pool of qualified candidates for key positions and future roles. Research, analyze and select effective sourcing methods to generate qualified candidate applicant flow 
  • Assists with college recruiting strategies and key college relationships
  • Make recommendations on the company’s recruitment strategy and employment activities within operations in the field and corporate office
  • Research and maintain relationships with outside vendors related to the employment function, including but not limited to, employment firms, Internet job boards, background check vendors and employment screening tools


  • College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience planning, directing and executing all employment related activities for a multiple location company
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to interface, manage and direct a wide variety of people (management candidates, hourly employees, management, outside vendors, etc.
  • Knowledge and compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws as well as company expectations is required
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to speak in public and present information to large groups
  • Must be able to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
