Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide audience targeting strategies and campaign measurement support for lead generation, digital marketing, and email marketing
  • Promote and support a culture of rapid test and learn
  • Provide analytics for all touchpoints throughout the customer journey
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor the health of key performance metrics to identify patterns, trends and anomalies that provide key insights to business stakeholders using Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Partner with business stakeholders to leverage member insights to drive personalized communications and member experiences
  • Leverage existing segmentation strategies & models to create a best-in-class member experience by ensuring we deliver the right message to the right member at the right time
  • Leverage analytics to enhance the strategy and planning of personalized email campaigns by providing insights on client data availability and recommended usage
  • Develop granular understanding of member behaviors and paths to high customer lifetime value
  • Work closely with business partners in Member Experience, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Operations, and Clubs to promote long-term business value through development of best-in-class data science capabilities that drive transformation across ClubCorp

Required Skills:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in analytics, statistics, math, finance, or related subjects. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, communication skills and ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to provide written summaries of analytic results in a clear and concise manner
  • 3-5 years of SQL programming to query, manipulate and analyze large data sets
  • 1-3 years of programming experience in Python
  • 1-3 years of experience with BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
  • 1-2 years of experience with online analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience working in cloud environment such as Azure, AWS or GCP
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics through all phases including (but not limited to) intake prioritization, discovery, analysis, transformation, development, automation and communication/recommendations with business stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, deep learning and optimization algorithms (Regression, XGBoost, Neutral Networks, Random Forest)
  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud, Pardot
  • Experience with identity resolution strategies
  • Experience with REST API Connections
