 We are currently seeking Certified Personal Trainers who are passionate about enhancing members’ lives using our Four Branches of Wellness – MOVE-MINDSET-NOURISH-RESTORE.

 As a ClubCorp Personal Trainer you are responsible for setting the standard of excellence through your professional expertise, practical application, member engagement and best in class customer service. As a ClubCorp Personal Trainer you will design and demonstrate safe, effective and results oriented fitness programs and solutions.

Duties:

  • Host Member Engagement Activities

  •  Design Customized Programs

  • Conduct Personal Training sessions

  • Teach Small Group Training classes

  • Demonstrate and instruct proper use of equipment

  • Conduct Fitness Assessments

  • Focus on New Client Acquisition and Sales

  • Maintain Strong Client Retention

  • Utilize Prescriptive Program Design

  • Maintain Required Performance Standards

  • Motivate, Encourage and Support Members and Clients

  • Engage Regularly in Business Building Activities

  • Build Member Rapport

  • Have a Consistent Fitness Floor Presence

  • Support Club and Company-wide Initiatives

  • Timely Communication and Response to Member and Client Inquires/Scheduling

  •  Promote All Club Services and Programs

  • Thorough, Accurate and Timely Documentation of Member Information

  • Complete Administrative Work in a Timely Manner

  • Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress and communication

  • Follow all Company Policies and Procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • College Degree in health, fitness or recreation related field preferred
  • Muscle Activation Techniques experience preferred
  • Certified Personal Trainer under NSCA, ACSM, ACE, NASM, Cooper Institute, NASM, or any other NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification Program
  • CPR & AED Certification required
  • Flexible schedule
  • Minimum of one year's experience in the fitness or exercise industry required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Group training experience preferred
