Villa Rentals Administrator

The Villa Rentals Administrator is responsible for providing skilled administrative support to the General Manager and high-level guest service to our varied clientele. Responsible for successfully handling multiple projects while prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.



Essential Functions:

Manage the Villas reservation system, check-in and check-out processing, billing, and reconciliation of accounts in accordance with ClubCorp policies and procedures. Other tasks as assigned related to member relations, club committees, and office administration.

  

   

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Because of the fluctuating demands of the company's operation, it may be necessary that each Employee Partner perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employee Partners are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

     

  2. Maintains a working knowledge of the financial support systems necessary to perform the job functions.  

     

  3. Adhere to all of the various company, club and department written mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job.

     

  4. Responsible for conduct oneself as a representative for the Company's management support team, by visibly supporting and implementing policy and demonstrating high standards of ethics and integrity with Members, guests, peers and employees..

     

  5. Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas and assuring others are acting safely.

  6. Manage time effectively.

     

  7. Take initiative to solve problems, utilizing all available resources including regional and corporate staff.

     

  8. Attendance at daily line-up and participating as requested.

    WORK EXPERIENCE:  2-3 years in a member services or hospitality environment.

    EDUCATION:  High School Diploma or Equivalent, required  

    CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:  n/a

    SECURITY/CONFIDENTIALITY:  Highly confidential information

    TRAINING:  ClubCorp training programs or similar training programs
